Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Ocean Pacific tags attached to ensure your return is processed without delay.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
